This dedication wasn’t born in a vacuum. In 1999, when large-scale commercial processing left Vancouver Island, consumers struggled to find Island-raised chicken. It was then, in 2005, that Island Farmhouse Poultry was established. Our mission: to support and promote small-scale Island farms by providing a fully compliant processing facility.
